Angelic Elrod is the founder and creator of Her Bohemian Way aka emergence. She began working in an inpatient psychiatric hospital in acute care for years, which lead her to explore deeper into holistic care for a more integrative approach to wellness. Continuing on to become a Licensed Massage and Bodywork therapist, E-200 hour Yoga teacher, then on to obtain her 500 hour Yoga teacher training Certificate. Along this journey she became a student of Shamanic and Reiki energy work, finding these ancient practices an incredible asset to integrating healing modalities. she studies a multitude of ancient religions and cultures taking from them a worldly approach to all she offers. She has had the opportunity to work with elite athletes such as marathon runners, service men with the Army, marine corps and Navy Seals. using ancient tools such as yoga, meditation, massage and bodywork to cultivate balance, harmony and deeper levels of resilience by uniting the mind, body and spirit, helping to cultivate peak performance during periods of high mental and physical stress. She currently works with specialist at the Intrepid Spirit Center on Camp Lejeune treating service members who are suffering from TBIs (traumatic brain injuries) and PTSD (Post Traumatic Stress Disorder). Having taught close to a 1000 hours of meditation and yoga she has created a foundation for those seeking wholeness, healing and hope. She uses intuitive, integrative and ancient practices for those who are seeking more than the modern approach to healing. community is at the heart of her mission, not only does she give freely to the service members but also offers free donation based classes numerous days a week at her bohemian way ensuring everyone has the opportunity to experience these healing practices.
